About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
What We Offer:
A competitive OTE of £27,000 with uncapped commission, clear career progression, industry-leading training and development to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified, opportunities to compete for top achievers awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Your Skills and Experience:
We're looking for a sales professional with a track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment. You'll need exceptional customer care and service experience, as well as being resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, and a full UK driving license is required.
