Job Title: Year 3 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 teacher to join our team at a primary school in the Reading area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of up to 30 children, including some with SEN (Special Educational Needs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 children, covering the national curriculum.
  2. Supporting SEN Students: Ensure individual needs of SEN students are met, possibly with personalized learning plans or adjustments to the lesson structure.
  3. Classroom Management: Manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
  4. Assessing Student Progress: Monitor students' progress through both formative and summative assessments and provide feedback.
  5. Collaboration: Work with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other staff to ensure students are supported holistically.

This role is open to experienced teachers and those willing to adapt to the needs of children in an education setting. All applicants will require the necessary qualifications and training for this role.
