We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at the Birmingham Airport Accessorize store on a 6 months fixed term contract.
About the Role:- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and window display principles, with the ability to implement effective displays.
