Vertical Borer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vertical Borer to join our client's team in Shipley, West Yorkshire. As a Vertical Borer, you will be responsible for setting and operating vertical borers, machining parts, and reading engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting and operating vertical borers to precise specifications
  • Machining parts, faces, edges, and bores with high accuracy
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours and Pay:

Working on days, Monday to Thursday, 7am-5pm. You will earn an annual hourly rate of between £14-17 per hour, depending on experience.
