De Rol

Als Lead Architect Bouwkunde in Papendrecht krijg je de kans om de coördinatie en organisatie van bouwtechnische onderhoudswerkzaamheden (bouwkundig, elektrisch en werktuigbouwkundig) aan terreinen, gebouwen en installaties te leiden. Dit vereist inzicht in de mogelijkheden van de faciliteiten, zowel nu als in de toekomst. Je fungeert als een cruciale schakel tussen het management en de technische teams en werkt nauw samen met de Director Site Facilities. Je houdt toezicht op onderhoudstrajecten gedurende het gehele bouwproces, van locatieonderzoek en planning tot contractonderhandelingen, toezicht en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je rol omvat zowel hands-on management van lopende zaken als het vertalen van uitdagingen in gebruik en milieu naar praktische oplossingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Toezicht houden op de uitvoering en voortgang van onderhoud, herinrichtingen en nieuwbouwprojecten, inclusief de naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en Arbo-voorschriften;
  • Het opstellen van constructieschetsen, blauwdrukken en instructies voor de uitvoering van bouwkundige werkzaamheden;
  • Onderzoeken van de haalbaarheid van bouwkundige projecten, inclusief het leveren van input voor kosten- en investeringsbegrotingen, en de voorbereiding en implementatie van projecten na goedkeuring;
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van een DMJOP en serviceovereenkomsten met onderaannemers;
  • Effectieve inzet van mensen en middelen voor de uitvoering van bouwkundige projecten en onderhoudstaken, inclusief coördinatie binnen het team van Facilities.

Wat Je Meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde HBO of universitaire opleiding in Bouwkunde of bedrijfskunde;
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende functies binnen de organisatie;
  • Proactieve houding, zelfstandig kunnen werken en leergierig;
  • Gestructureerde werkmethodiek, met de mogelijkheid om werk te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands.
