About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Store to Home delivery hub team as a Store Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing online orders, managing stock, and maintaining accurate databases of products and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hub team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support colleagues across the store to answer customer queries and resolve issues
- Utilize new technology and learn new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity
