About the Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, serving our clients across the Higher Education and Science, Residential, Workspace and Warehouses and Logistics sectors. The office, located in Cambridge city centre, is well connected to public transport infrastructure and has ample provision for cyclists.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Building's team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a degree relevant to structural engineering and will be responsible for implementing project requirements, preparing designs and drawings, and planning projects. The role requires previous experience in an engineering organization and a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project requirements to fully meet the client specification in accordance with relevant standards.
- Prepare own discipline designs, drawings and schedules as identified in the Project Quality.
- Plan on assigned projects.
- Prepare/assist with the preparation of scheme evaluations, design statements, tender documents and any other reports identified in the Project Quality Plan on assigned projects.
- Carry out other duties as identified in the Project Quality Plan on assigned projects.

- Relevant degree relating to Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an engineering organization.
- Experience working on building structures projects, design, calculations and consulting.
- 2 years minimum post-graduate experience.
