Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational PMO Lead to join our team at Swi-tch. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of new process launches across People, Systems, and Facility Readiness workstreams for medium to large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage project tools, assign tasks, and lead internal/external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk Management: Minimise project risk through contingency planning and mitigation, ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies and standards.
- Communication: Communicate project status to stakeholders, steering committees, and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with process owners and leadership to align customer requirements and ensure operational readiness.
- Facility Management: Support facility go-lives, conversions, and retrofits to ensure operational readiness, and lead readiness checks and workshops.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex facility startups, with knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, with PMP certification a plus.
