About the Role

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is partnering with the Royal Free Charity to find a highly skilled Senior Data Selection & Insights Officer to join their dynamic fundraising team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using Raiser's Edge (RE7/RE NXT) or similar fundraising Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems, as well as experience with Microsoft PowerBI for data visualisation and analysis.

They will be responsible for leveraging data to drive impactful fundraising strategies, solving complex data challenges, and optimising supporter communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven fundraising strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform fundraising decisions
  • Design and implement data visualisation tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data-driven fundraising
Requirements
  • Proven experience in using Raiser's Edge (RE7/RE NXT) or similar fundraising CRM systems
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI for data visualisation and analysis
  • Strong data analysis skills with an understanding of statistical techniques
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
