Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our Maintenance Section, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including off-loading and moving materials, lifting operations, and general building works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with off-loading and moving materials around the site, including furniture, equipment, and stores deliveries.
- Participate in lifting operations, relocation of offices, laboratory furniture, and equipment.
- Contribute to general building works, such as clearing areas and providing support for other trades within the Maintenance Section and appointed Contractors.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hold a full manual driving license.
- Be physically fit to perform manual handling duties.
- Have good customer service and communication skills.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude.
