Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Eltham Green Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children at all times
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
