About the Role

Fqps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our well-established residential conveyancing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including taking client instructions, advising on legal issues, drafting documents, and negotiating with clients and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conveyancing Services
  • Provide expert advice on residential conveyancing law and procedures
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
Client Service
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the conveyancing team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategies
Professional Development
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in residential conveyancing law and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
