About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our growing Lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful company at a pivotal time in its growth.
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within the lettings sector. You will manage a team of Account Managers across the UK, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities within the lettings market.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the lettings industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure Rightmove remains at the forefront of the lettings sector.
You are a proven sales leader with a track record of success in the property or technology industry. You have a deep understanding of the lettings market and a passion for driving growth. You are a strong communicator, team player, and results-oriented individual.
