Head of Taxation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join our team at Milsted Langdon. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for leading our tax compliance and advisory services, providing expert guidance to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their financial returns.
• Lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
• Stay up to date with UK tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice.
• Undertake tasks within the tax related Forensic assignments, including report drafting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.

Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Post-qualification experience in a corporate tax compliance or reporting role.
• Proficiency in accounting / tax software and Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence, plus unrestricted access to a car (preferred).
