Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill the role of Graduate Hardware and/or Software Engineers at re&m. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or a technical discipline, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Perform acceptance testing of new products and software to verify correct operation, prior to release to the market.
  • Develop and implement application solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, working closely with team members to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in an engineering or technical discipline (electronics, mechanical, automotive, or physics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
