Position: Assistant Project Estimator

We are looking for an Assistant Project Estimator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will either be pursuing or have completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Construction or a Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

About the Company:
This organization is part of a larger network of companies specializing in carpentry, joinery, and structural timber frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Estimator, you will be involved in various aspects of project cost management, including:
  • Negotiating costs with subcontractors
  • Participating in meetings with the primary contractor
  • Ensuring that final account payments are processed in line with contractual agreements
  • Attending monthly financial review meetings

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be currently studying or have completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline.

Experience:
While prior experience in the construction sector is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
