In this diverse role, you will be tasked with discovering new projects for facade installation, conducting site surveys, preparing estimates, securing project approvals, and managing subcontractor installations for facade solutions on existing commercial and agricultural properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the renovation of existing structures with metal facades
• Identifying new project opportunities
• Conducting on-site surveys (Company vehicle provided)
• Estimating and delivering competitive proposals
• Securing project approvals
• Coordinating supply orders
• Negotiating contracts
• Supervising installation processes
• Managing subcontractor teams
• Facilitating invoicing processes
• Standard working hours when not on-site

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in facade management or a related field
• Preferably some background in estimation or project oversight
• SMSTS certification is advantageous
• Valid Driving License
