Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing practice.
- Take charge of the inpatient unit, ensuring a high standard of safe care is given at all times.
- Qualified nurse qualification.
- Experience of taking charge of a ward or team.
- Basic clinical skills and IT skills.
- Desirable: experience in taking charge of a ward, EMIS experience.
