The Role
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining vehicles across the SKODA brand. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility, with full manufacturer training provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles across the SKODA brand
- Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, including warranty-approved work
- Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified)
- Completing job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
- Supporting Apprentice Technicians as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise
- A team-player with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace
- A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Ability to carry out MOTs (desirable, but full training will be offered)
- Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software
