Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Create and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to deliver exceptional results and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Skills: Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on menu development, team leadership, and food safety and hygiene.
• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
