About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Design Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for our projects, ensuring that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that our projects are delivered successfully.
  • Manage and implement the design process, including the development of design briefs, design concepts, and design development.
  • Ensure that all designs are compliant with relevant building regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Collaborate with our project managers and site delivery teams to ensure that designs are implemented effectively on site.
  • Manage and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
