As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of tax accountants, reviewing and completing corporate tax returns, and providing a full suite of compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of tax accountants and work in support of the Tax Partners.
  • Review and complete corporate tax returns and accounts.
  • Manage end of year returns and payroll, including P11ds.
  • Oversee and develop tax return processes for the department.
  • Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Meet with clients to provide tax advisory services.
  • Encourage, support, and mentor junior team members, overseeing professional development and championing customer service excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and liaise with HMRC.
  • Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients.
  • Offer first-class communication internally and externally, both written and verbal.
