Reservations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Talent Hive Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional customer service and handling reservations and spa bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
• Upsell hotel products and services to maximize revenue and contribute to the sales of bedrooms and spa bookings.
• Manage online bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales conversions and achieve targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hotel reservations or customer service role.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and IT software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
