CBW Staffing Solutions is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Culinary Specialist to join a reputable organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in culinary arts and be ready to contribute to our dynamic kitchen environment.

Position Details:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Shift Timing: 06:45am to 14:15pm
  • Contract Type: Ongoing
  • Compensation: Up to £16 per hour
  • Immediate Availability Required
Important Note: Candidates must hold a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate and be available for the specified shifts.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 2
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient food preparation in accordance with established recipes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Management of food production to minimize waste
  • Ensuring consistent food quality and adherence to brand standards
  • Maintaining high hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Recording consumption volumes and managing overproduction
  • Assisting in the preparation of opening and closing checklists for shifts
  • Collaborating with management to discuss improvements and ideas
  • Training and mentoring new team members on kitchen procedures
  • Participating in relevant training sessions as needed
