- Adhering to Company Policies: Following all relevant company guidelines and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industries, with a background in operations, technical roles, engineering, maintenance, or HSE.
- A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Additional certifications in risk management or related fields are advantageous.
- A willingness to travel frequently, approximately 70 days per year.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
