We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Supervise and manage site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Section Engineers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure all work complies with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between the site team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar supervisory role within large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- A valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
