We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Growth and Development: Own and develop category growth within the Wholesale, Convenience, E-commerce, and Health sectors, increasing cash-flow by managing supplier aged/disputed debt and recovering costs associated with residuals, overstocks, and out-of-date stock.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide customers with a tailored category management approach, offering them a range of products and promotions to meet their individual needs.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally, developing a clear communication channel between our sales team and all supported customers.
  • Representation and Relationship Building: Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars, building strong relationships with a variety of networks, including customers and suppliers.
  • Product Recall and Compliance: Own the end-to-end product recall process, ensuring compliance is met at every stage.
