Job Description

Role: Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: East London

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Note: The role requires flexibility to support 24/7 operations)

Pod Talent is excited to partner with a rapidly growing and sustainable logistics company to fill this key leadership position. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will have complete ownership of the existing warehouse site, leading a team of warehouse and dispatch managers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse and dispatch.
  • Continuously review operational performance and procedures, ensuring alignment with service, cost, people, and process goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a parcel, e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics environment is highly beneficial.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple priorities and support 24/7 operations.
  • An appetite for success and a willingness to develop yourself and others.
