About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and service to our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in food preparation and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff
  • Assist with cleaning duties and maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Work on the tills during service and provide basic training to new team members
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced catering environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices and a willingness to learn
  • Food Hygiene level 2 certification (training will be provided for the right candidate)
What We Offer
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday during school term time
  • £11.44 per hour
