About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Forest Barn Nursery School in Brentwood. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in our children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that meet their individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years, minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator, and knowledge and understanding of the EYFS. You should be a reflective practitioner who embodies the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.
What We Offer:
Salary: £24,440 up to £28,142.40 FTE - dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours)
