Health & Safety Manager

At Recruit 12, we are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our employees and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Record and analyze incident statistics, identifying trends for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule and advise on risk assessments, including COSHH, Fire, Machinery, and Noise.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Health to promote health strategies and employee well-being.
  • Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programs.
  • Assist and advise the Health and Safety Committee.
  • Manage the health and safety budget effectively.
  • Lead incident investigations and liaise with relevant authorities.
Requirements:
  • A proactive leader with a strong background in health and safety management.
  • Expertise in risk assessment and incident investigation.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • The ability to manage budgets and work within defined limits of authority.
  • A commitment to promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
