Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food, labor, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
