Contract Scotland is currently seeking a skilled Estimator to join a reputable engineering firm specializing in projects related to water and renewable energy.

• Prepare detailed MEICA estimates.
• Effectively manage and oversee tender documentation.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project risk register.
• Collaborate with clients to create detailed and feasible project packages.
• Conduct take-offs from drawings and generate cost-effective tenders from foundational principles.
• Evaluate and price project risks accurately.
• Compile tender submission documents and estimating reports.
• Support proposals and contract management activities.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and site teams.

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar position.
• Proven estimating experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience in estimating for civil and water-related projects.

• Familiarity with Scottish Water Framework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 planning software.
