Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Mobile Electrical Technician to join our team at Thrive SW. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to work within the electrical maintenance sector while covering a variety of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned Maintenance: Conduct routine checks including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults related to lighting and power systems.
  • Minor Installations: Engage in small-scale installation projects as required.
  • Mechanical Experience: Familiarity with HVAC systems, air handling units, fan coil units, and general planned preventative maintenance in plant rooms is advantageous.
  • Call-Out Duties: Participate in an on-call rota to ensure comprehensive out-of-hours support for clients.
  • Oversight: Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to assist with tasks across various properties within the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial settings.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Testing and inspection qualifications are desirable.
