**Job Summary**

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Change Project Manager to join their IT & Transformation team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead on a Dynamics CRM implementation project that the client is keen to deliver across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead on a Dynamics CRM implementation project
  • Develop and implement project management best practices
  • Work with the senior management team to set project and programme management standards
  • Matrix manage stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with the client to deliver business change and transformation initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Experience in business change, transformation, and business process design
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Project management qualification (Prince2, Agile, PMP, or MSP certified)
  • Experience working in the Housing or Non-Profit sector
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or working on a CRM implementation project

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday
  • 10% pension
  • Hybrid working arrangement (must live within a commutable distance to Milton Keynes)
