About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Pub & Grill. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and kitchen procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
