About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our client's collaborative and social office in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and technically excellent designs that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop medium to large-scale complex projects, incorporating sustainable principles and industry-standard software.
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company through proactive and positive approach to work.
- Assist in supporting emergent team members and live locally to Leeds.
Requirements:
- Substantial post-qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice.
- ARB registered.
- Well-versed in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Demonstratable technical excellence.
- Proactive and positive approach to work.
- Keen to input to company growth.
- Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Sector experience such as retail, industrial, sports & leisure, and commercial.
- Ideal job running experience.
