Responsibilities of the Early Years Support Assistant:

  • Utilize specialized skills and training to assist students and enhance their educational journey.
  • Implement programs aligned with local and national educational strategies, including literacy, numeracy, and EYFS assessment.
  • Prepare, maintain, and utilize necessary resources to support lesson plans and assist students effectively.
  • Work with small groups of children, taking responsibility for their learning outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with children aged 4-11 in either a voluntary or paid capacity.
  • Familiarity with the EYFS Framework.
