About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Scarlet Selection as a Sales Administrator, working closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate sales enquiries, quotes, and design coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Work extensively on spreadsheets, OneNote, and administration of large clients, as well as working independently on small accounts.
- Provide customer service and administration on all deliveries in and out of the UK and Far East, maintaining close contact with customers and suppliers.
- Utilize various computer packages to manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work closely with the sales team and accounts department, as well as independently on small accounts.
- Positive, genuine, and trustworthy individual with a sense of humor and ability to handle difficult situations.
