Job Title: Procurement Manager

Join our team as a Procurement Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team and drive business growth through strategic sourcing and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives and drive cost savings.
  2. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective procurement processes and practices.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  4. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for the business.
  5. Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in the aerospace, defence, or government sectors.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and influence a team.
  3. Ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans to drive business growth.
  4. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills to secure best value for the business.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
