Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Junction One, Antrim. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
  • Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
