Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Design and Innovation to join our team at Blockchain 121. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, user experience, and branding efforts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering top-tier experiences across web, iOS, and Android platforms, as well as developing marketing materials and brand identity. You will work closely with our engineering, business development, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire design process, from concept and prototyping to final execution, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Design and develop user-centered products that are intuitive, engaging, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct user research and leverage data to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure all shipped products align with our design and branding standards, maintaining a consistent and cohesive user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience developing wireframes and prototypes, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for product design, with a focus on consumer-facing mobile and web products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related design major or equivalent work experience.
