The successful candidate will collaborate as part of the team in the Emergency Services, supporting in administrative and general care responsibilities as outlined below, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The individual will be expected to demonstrate competence in a wide range of work activities, with a degree of agreed autonomy, providing guidance and oversight to Healthcare Assistants.
The role encompasses performing additional competencies such as venepuncture, cannulation, minor injury management, and conducting ECGs.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team in the Emergency Services, assisting in administrative and general care responsibilities as specified below, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The individual will be required to exhibit competence in a broad spectrum of work activities, with a degree of agreed autonomy, providing support and supervision to Healthcare Assistants.
