About the Role:

As an Electrical Operations Supervisor, you will take charge of our facilities team, ensuring that daily operations are executed with precision and excellence.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment that meets the highest industry standards.

Your leadership and analytical skills will be essential as you guide, motivate, and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.

This position encompasses a variety of contracts, including retail, corporate offices, residential properties, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Electrical Oversight:
Supervise all electrical maintenance and repair activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Quality Assurance:

Task Management:
Organize schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience:
At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity within the facilities management sector, particularly focusing on electrical systems.

Education:

Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
