We are seeking a skilled Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and embedding processes and systems that ensure clinical knowledge is stored, shared, and managed within our risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain clinical informatics processes and systems to support clinical decision-making.
- Provide clinical expertise and insight to modernization and change initiatives, with a focus on clinical coding.
- Analyze claims trends to identify opportunities to enhance Aviva's value proposition and delivery of value-based healthcare.
- Conduct analyses and supply information to support the business, informing the business of claims/clinical trends.
- Identify areas of risk exposure and eliminate risk through collaboration with the clinical team and IT functions.
- Salary: Circa £35,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus: Opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
