Position Title: Warehouse Operative

Overview:
Our client is seeking a temporary Warehouse Operative to support their expanding operations.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Despatch Team Leader.

Department:
Warehouse Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently picking and packing items for dispatch.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Assisting with inventory spooling and replenishment.
  • Conducting loading and unloading tasks.
  • Locating and organizing stock within the warehouse.
  • Addressing queries, rejects, and returns as necessary.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Operating Openda software.
  • Using pick assisting vehicles, such as wave pickers.
  • Approving Certificates of Compliance (COC's).
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards, including 5S practices and basic security protocols.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

This position operates from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
