Internal Auditor - Manufacturing

Greenwell Gleeson is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join their team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's risk management and compliance strategy is effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute individual reviews to assess key controls within individual business units.
  • Conduct company-wide process reviews in areas identified as having high inherent and/or residual risk.
  • Identify and agree findings with auditees, and prepare and finalize audit reports.
  • Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions, and engage with relevant teams across all group businesses to implement policies and controls.
  • Coordinate group-wide projects focusing on specific high-risk areas, and liaise with specialized third-party advisors as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have experience in risk and compliance in a corporate environment.
  • Will be able to work independently and take ownership of important projects.
  • Will be driven, pragmatic, and have a strong focus on risk management.
  • Will have exceptional communication and management skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Will be able to operate throughout the Group and will involve some travelling (up to 20%).
  • Will hold relevant professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIA, or similar, and have experience in Internal Audit management.
