We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Wokingham and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
- Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition
Requirements:
- Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to own vehicle
- Reliable and flexible availability, including early mornings and evenings
