Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to customers, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to support
- Assist customers with day-to-day tasks, such as budgeting, meal planning, and accessing community resources
- Support customers to maintain a safe and healthy environment, including reporting repairs and health and safety concerns
- Develop and maintain local partnerships to provide a range of support services for customers
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care and support setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a caring and empathetic approach
- Competent administrative and IT skills, with the ability to produce reports and other communications
- Knowledge of current benefit systems and an understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable customer groups
