Fitness Club Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fitness Club Manager to lead our team in Bangor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our fitness club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and inspire a team of Personal Trainers and Assistant Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness club, including facilities management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our brand and services to local communities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a management role within the fitness industry, preferably as a General Manager or Club Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent business acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Personal Trainer qualification (Level 3 or 2) is desirable but not essential.
